Perks can make your character sprint for longer, fire more accurately from the hip, switch weapons quicker, or spot enemy equipment easier, for example. Opting for a combination of Perks that best compliment your playstyle will mean that you will be the best soldier that you can be – which is a good thing, considering the stiff competition that’s found on CoD’s multiplayer nowadays.
Ghosts’ Perks will feature several that Call of Duty vets will recognize from previous titles – the ones mentioned above, for example. The reason that the developers keep the same basic Perks in CoD games year after year, adding a few new additions each time, is because they are necessary in order to keep the Perk system as balanced as possible while still offering a wide range of 20+ options.
